Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry, slice into thin strips, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and cook the chicken strips for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Push chicken to one side, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds, then stir-fry bell peppers, zucchini, and tomatoes for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle oregano and basil, stir to combine, and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
