- Place 3 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Sprinkle 1 packet of au jus gravy mix and 1 packet of ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
- Place 1/2 cup of salted butter on top of the seasoned chicken and add 6 whole peperoncini peppers.
- Cover the slow cooker with its lid and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Once cooking is completed, shred the chicken right in the slow cooker with two forks.
