Step-by-Step Instructions for Korean BBQ Short Ribs
  1. Prepare the marinade by blending low sodium soy sauce, brown sugar, water, mirin, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, onion, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
  2. Place the beef short ribs in a glass dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C) for the perfect char.
  4. Grill the ribs for about 3-4 minutes per side until caramelized and cooked through.
  5. Remove the ribs, let them rest for a couple of minutes, then garnish with green onions before serving.
