  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat to about 375°F (190°C).
  2. Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the chicken breasts and season with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes on a cutting board.
  5. Slice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, and slice the red onion, arranging them on a plate.
