Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Blanch a whole Napa cabbage in boiling water for about 60 seconds.
  2. Combine ground pork, cooked rice, minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Lay a blanched Napa cabbage leaf flat and spoon approximately two tablespoons of filling onto the center. Roll tightly.
  4. Set up a steamer basket and steam the rolls for 15 to 20 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Remove from the steamer and let rest for about 5 minutes before serving with dipping sauces.
