Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a food processor, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Add cold butter and pulse until coarse crumbs form.
  3. Press the remaining crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust. Bake for 15 minutes until slightly browned.
  4. Mix reserved crumb mixture with brown sugar until clumpy for the streusel topping.
  5. Combine granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Stir in chopped peaches, heavy cream, and vanilla until mixed.
  6. Pour peach filling over the warm crust and sprinkle with streusel topping.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes until juices bubble and topping is golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
