  • 1 teaspoon Dried Mixed Herbs Use Italian seasoning or a mix of herbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste

  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese Sprinkle on during last few minutes
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (Rosemary or Thyme) Add before cooking

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the large potatoes, then slice them into even-sized rounds, about ¼-inch thick.
  3. Place the sliced potatoes in a bowl of cold water for about 10 minutes to prevent browning.
  4. Drain and pat the potato slices dry, then toss with olive oil, garlic granules, dried herbs, and salt.
  5. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for about 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Check for crispiness, cook in additional 2-minute increments if needed.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
