  • 1 sheet Puff pastry Thawed
  • 6 slices Prosciutto
  • 2 medium Pears Sliced
  • 8 oz Brie cheese Cut into slices
  • 1 tbsp Honey For drizzling
  • 1 tbsp Fresh thyme Chopped

Method
 

Tart Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
  3. Place the pastry squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Top each pastry with a slice of Brie, a piece of prosciutto, and a few slices of pear.
  5. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden and puffed.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
