  1. In a food processor, add feta cheese, Greek yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Blend on high for about 2 minutes until smooth.
  2. While the processor runs, drizzle in olive oil and blend for an additional 30 seconds for a silkier texture.
  3. Taste the dip and adjust seasoning with salt or lemon juice as desired, blending again for 10 seconds.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and create swoops on the surface for presentation.
  5. Drizzle extra olive oil and sprinkle with red pepper flakes and chopped herbs for garnish.
