- Wash strawberries, blueberries, grapes, and pineapple under cool running water. Hull strawberries and slice into quarter-inch pieces. Rinse grapes and remove from stems, halving large ones. Cut pineapple into uniform chunks.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple chunks, and thoroughly drained mandarin oranges. Stir carefully.
- Sprinkle instant vanilla pudding powder over the fruit mixture and mix well. Add vanilla and almond extracts. Gently fold until fruits are coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, give the salad a gentle stir and spoon into bowls or clear glasses for an appealing presentation.
