  • 1 box Stuffing Mix preferred type
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables preferably with carrots, peas, and corn
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Sage
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley optional, chopped

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, and milk. Stir until creamy and well-blended.
  3. Fold in the frozen mixed vegetables along with dried thyme, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the mixture into your greased 9x13-inch baking dish and level the surface with a spatula.
  5. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the top of the casserole.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and edges are bubbling.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
