Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, parsley, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix until just combined. Shape into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes until cooked through.
- While meatballs bake, bring salted water to a boil in a large pot. Cook potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
- Add drained potatoes back to the pot with garlic, butter, and milk. Mash to desired consistency and stir in chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a frying pan, whisk together flour over medium heat for about 1 minute. Gradually stir in beef broth while whisking. Add soy sauce and mustard, simmering until gravy thickens.
- Transfer baked meatballs to the gravy, stir to coat, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Plate meatballs beside creamy garlic herb mashed potatoes and drizzle with extra gravy. Garnish with parsley.

Notes
Sautéing onion and garlic enhances their sweetness. Avoid overcooking meatballs for juiciness. Adjust milk for mashed potatoes gradually.
