Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add egg or rice noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 5-7 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the wok, stirring constantly for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add mixed vegetables into the wok and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring for 1-2 minutes to coat evenly.
  6. Toss the cooked noodles into the wok and mix everything for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  7. Plate the stir fry and top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.
