Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, and honey (or maple syrup) and mix until a sticky mass forms.
- Add cocoa powder and stir until fully incorporated into the dough.
- Scoop even amounts of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are firm and centers are soft.
- Allow to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
