Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) for fan ovens or 200°C (390°F) for non-fan ovens.
- Lay out your two sheets of puff pastry on a floured surface and drizzle about two tablespoons of honey over each sheet.
- Sprinkle the blue cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chopped walnuts over the honey pastry.
- Add the fresh thyme leaves and season with sea salt and cracked pepper.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log and slice each log in half lengthwise.
- Twist each half into a coil shape and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with milk for a golden finish.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving, garnished with extra thyme.
