- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and set them aside.
- Toss the biscuit pieces in the chicken mixture until thoroughly coated.
- Fold in mozzarella cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Grease a bundt pan, layer the chicken and biscuit mixture, and top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a platter and garnish with parsley.
