Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Chicken Lo Mein
  1. Gather all your ingredients for the Chicken Lo Mein. Chop bell peppers and carrots, slice green onions, and cook lo mein noodles as per package instructions (4–5 minutes). Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add sesame oil. Sauté thinly sliced chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, stir-fry bell peppers and carrots for 3–4 minutes. Add minced garlic in the last minute.
