  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized cubes and coat them in the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
