Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a paper towel.
  2. In a bowl, combine the zucchini, ground chicken, minced garlic, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into six small patties.
  3. For the sauce, blend cilantro, garlic, mayonnaise, and cottage cheese in a food processor. Add vinegar and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
