- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of oil and sauté the ground pork until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute. Add cabbage and carrots, stir-frying for about 5 minutes until tender.
- Return pork to the skillet, mixing in green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir over low heat for 2 minutes.
