Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Savory Egg Rolls
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of oil and sauté the ground pork until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute. Add cabbage and carrots, stir-frying for about 5 minutes until tender.
  3. Return pork to the skillet, mixing in green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir over low heat for 2 minutes.
  4. Assemble egg rolls by placing a wrapper in a diamond shape, adding filling, folding and sealing securely.
  5. Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F. Fry egg rolls for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Use a slotted spoon to remove egg rolls and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with dipping sauces.
