- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brown 1 pound of ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for about 5–7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef, stirring for 2 minutes.
- Fold in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Roll out each piece of refrigerated biscuit dough on a floured surface until about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit and seal tightly.
- Brush each bomb with melted butter mixed with minced garlic.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb.
- Bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
