- Preheat your oven to 375ºF (190ºC) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking tray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and slice each triangle into three smaller triangles.
- Spread spicy dijon mustard onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Wrap a Lit'l Smokie with the dough triangle, pinching the edges to secure.
- In a saucepan, melt unsalted butter, then add brown sugar, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds.
- Pour the glaze evenly over the wrapped sausages on the baking tray.
