  • 1 pack Crescent Rolls Refrigerated dough
For the Filling
  • 1 pack Lit'l Smokies Can substitute with mini sausages
For the Glaze
  • 1/4 cup Spicy Dijon Mustard Can substitute with yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter Can use salted butter
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar Light or dark varieties work
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce Optional
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds Can substitute with sesame seeds

  • 9×13-inch baking tray
  • Medium saucepan

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375ºF (190ºC) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking tray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and slice each triangle into three smaller triangles.
  3. Spread spicy dijon mustard onto the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Wrap a Lit'l Smokie with the dough triangle, pinching the edges to secure.
  5. In a saucepan, melt unsalted butter, then add brown sugar, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds.
  6. Pour the glaze evenly over the wrapped sausages on the baking tray.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with extra dijon mustard or barbecue sauce.
