Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add 2-3 minced garlic cloves to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in 1 pound of lean ground beef, breaking it apart. Cook for approximately 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Once the beef is browned, add 3-4 cups of broccoli florets along with remaining sauce ingredients. Stir well.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium and cover the skillet. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender.
  6. Remove from heat and transfer to serving plates. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
