- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- In a large mixing bowl, crack open the eggs and pour in some milk. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the diced halal ham and most of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir well.
- Gently fold in chopped green onions and any additional vegetables.
- Divide the egg mixture among prepared muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full, and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until centers are set and tops are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before gently running a knife around edges to release.
- Serve warm, garnished with parsley or chives if desired.
