Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, crack open the eggs and pour in some milk. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add the diced halal ham and most of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir well.
  4. Gently fold in chopped green onions and any additional vegetables.
  5. Divide the egg mixture among prepared muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full, and sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 18-22 minutes until centers are set and tops are lightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before gently running a knife around edges to release.
