Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by cutting the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes for even cooking. Toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch in a large bowl until they are thoroughly coated. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the coated chicken bites in a single layer. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the honey garlic sauce by mixing minced garlic, red pepper flakes, honey, and chicken broth in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, reduce heat to low and pour the sauce over the chicken. Toss until well coated, allowing it to simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
