- Unroll one tube of crescent roll dough and gently pinch the seams together to form a single sheet.
- Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese on the dough, then place smoked sausage on one end and roll tightly.
- Slice the rolled dough into ¾-inch rounds and place them on the greased baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce for the glaze.
- Brush the glaze over the tops of the slices and sprinkle poppy seeds over them.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
