Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the fresh lo mein noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until al dente.
  2. Drain the noodles in a colander, optionally rinse under cold water, and toss with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, granulated sugar, white pepper, cornstarch mixed with water, and sesame oil. Set aside.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and white parts of green onions. Sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add cooked lo mein noodles to the wok, pour in the prepared sauce, and toss everything together for 2-3 minutes until well coated.
  6. Add the green parts of green onions and toss for an additional minute to heat thoroughly. Serve hot.
