- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly but keep a slightly chunky texture.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of filling onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll up tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Arrange the stuffed bombs on the baking sheet with space between each. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
