- Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions until it is sticky yet fluffy.
- Sauté the Spam slices in sesame oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
- Lay a sheet of nori on the sushi mat and spread a thin layer of rice over it, leaving a 1-inch margin at the top.
- Layer sautéed Spam, pickled radish, cucumber, and carrot on top of the rice.
