Preparation Steps
  1. In a small saucepan, combine honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes over low heat. Stir gently for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a food processor, add the feta cheese, cream cheese, and cottage cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Spread the whipped feta mixture generously on each toasted baguette slice.
