  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 each lime juiced and zested
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove additional garlic minced

Step-by-Step Instructions for Sweet Chili Salmon Bites
  1. Prepare the salmon by cutting the fresh salmon fillet into 1 to 1.5-inch cubes and patting it dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Cook the salmon cubes in a single layer for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Glaze the salmon with the sweet chili mixture and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
