- Thaw the Puff Pastry: Let the frozen puff pastry thaw at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Roll Out the Puff Pastry: On a floured surface, roll each sheet of puff pastry to approximately 1/16 inch thick.
- Cut the Pastry Circles: Use a cutter to cut out about 30 rounds from the pastry and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
