Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and chop your bell peppers, red onion, broccoli florets, zucchini, and halved baby potatoes. Place them into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Slice the Italian sausage into bite-sized pieces and add to the mixing bowl with the chopped veggies.
