  4. Deglaze the Pan: Pour in beef broth and water, scraping browned bits from the pan. Simmer for about 2 minutes.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Transfer the mixture to slow cooker with seared beef, add cinnamon stick, bay leaf, chopped cilantro, and salt. Stir thoroughly.
