  • 200 grams Ground Beef Or substitute with turkey or lentils
  • 1 tablespoon Neutral-Tasting Oil Avocado oil can be used
For the Vegetables
  • 2 stalks Green Onions Separating white parts from green tops
  • 2 cloves Garlic Chopped
  • 1 whole Green Chili Pepper Optional for heat
  • 1 whole Mild Red Chili Pepper Or red bell pepper

  • 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil Optional for flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds For added crunch

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep the green onions and garlic, then set aside.
  2. Combine the marinade ingredients in a small container until smooth.
  3. Boil the eggs for 7 minutes, then cool in ice water.
  4. Sear the ground beef in a medium pan with oil until browned.
  5. Add the white parts of the green onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  6. Incorporate the seasoning paste, sauté, then add water and bring to a boil.
  7. Add boiled eggs into the sauce and simmer for 7 minutes.
  8. Finish with green onion tops, chili peppers, sesame oil, and sesame seeds, then serve over rice.
