  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions, shaping each into a patty approximately ¾ inch thick.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Lightly oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for 5-6 minutes per side, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Melt cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Spread mayo on the top half of each bun. Layer lettuce, tomato, onion, and the chicken patty with melted cheese. Add guacamole and top with the bun.
