Step‑By‑Step Instructions
- Begin by slicing tender beef strips into thin pieces and chopping bell peppers and broccoli. Mince garlic and ginger, and gather sauce ingredients.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook according to package instructions (typically 5–7 minutes). Drain noodles and toss with a splash of oil.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef in batches, searing for 2–3 minutes on each side. Once browned, transfer to a plate and cover.
- In the same skillet, lower heat and sauté minced garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds. Add soy sauce, honey, and a splash of water, stirring well. Let simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Once the sauce has thickened, return beef to the skillet along with vegetables. Stir gently for about 2 minutes until evenly coated.
- Add pre-cooked noodles to the skillet, using tongs to mix thoroughly for 2–3 minutes until everything is well combined.
- Plate the Sticky Beef Noodles and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot and enjoy!
