Method

Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by slicing tender beef strips into thin pieces and chopping bell peppers and broccoli. Mince garlic and ginger, and gather sauce ingredients.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook according to package instructions (typically 5–7 minutes). Drain noodles and toss with a splash of oil.
  3. In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef in batches, searing for 2–3 minutes on each side. Once browned, transfer to a plate and cover.
  4. In the same skillet, lower heat and sauté minced garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds. Add soy sauce, honey, and a splash of water, stirring well. Let simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Once the sauce has thickened, return beef to the skillet along with vegetables. Stir gently for about 2 minutes until evenly coated.
  6. Add pre-cooked noodles to the skillet, using tongs to mix thoroughly for 2–3 minutes until everything is well combined.
  7. Plate the Sticky Beef Noodles and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot and enjoy!
