  • 2 cups Jasmine Rice Quinoa or cauliflower rice can be used.
  • 2 cups Broccoli Cut into small florets.

Directions
  1. Begin by cooking the jasmine rice according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
  2. Chop the broccoli into small florets and slice the chicken breasts into strips. Season the chicken pieces.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and cook the seasoned chicken strips until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In the same skillet, steam or sauté the broccoli until tender yet vibrant.
  5. Whisk together the sticky sauce ingredients and pour into the skillet. Simmer until thickened.
  6. Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and a splash of water in a small bowl until smooth for the spicy mayo.
  7. Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, broccoli, drizzle spicy mayo, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
