  • 2 large Peaches peel and chop for a smoother consistency
  • 1/2 cup Peach Preserves opt for good quality
For the Balance
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar or white vinegar

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat and add olive oil. Once shimmering, add the chopped sweet onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic, ginger paste, and chopped habanero peppers. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the ketchup, followed by the chopped peaches and peach preserves. Bring to a gentle boil for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the apple cider vinegar. Allow the sauce to cool slightly before blending.
  6. Blend until completely smooth, covering the lid with a kitchen towel to avoid splattering.
