Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spray with non-stick cooking spray, then add ground beef. Cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking meat apart until browned.
  2. While beef is cooking, rinse and dry romaine lettuce leaves, keeping the best whole ones for wrapping. Dice tomatoes and prepare cheese and additional toppings.
  3. Once beef is fully cooked, stir in taco seasoning and water. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until heated through.
  4. Remove skillet from heat. Spoon seasoned beef mixture into a romaine lettuce leaf, add toppings, and assemble.
  5. Arrange wrapped tacos on a platter and serve immediately.
