Cooking Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spray with non-stick cooking spray, then add ground beef. Cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking meat apart until browned.
- While beef is cooking, rinse and dry romaine lettuce leaves, keeping the best whole ones for wrapping. Dice tomatoes and prepare cheese and additional toppings.
- Once beef is fully cooked, stir in taco seasoning and water. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until heated through.
- Remove skillet from heat. Spoon seasoned beef mixture into a romaine lettuce leaf, add toppings, and assemble.
- Arrange wrapped tacos on a platter and serve immediately.
