Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare your baking pan by spraying it with non-stick spray or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Blend 24 Golden Oreos with 4 tablespoons of melted butter until resembling fine crumbs. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Chop the 6 oz. package of dried pineapple into small pieces. Pulse the 4 oz. of dry roasted macadamia nuts until crumbly.
  4. Layer the filling: Start with 1.5 cups of white chocolate chips, followed by pineapple, coconut, and macadamia nuts. Pour 14 oz. of sweetened condensed milk evenly over layers.
  5. Increase oven temp to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely at room temperature before chilling in the fridge.
  6. Cut into squares or bars using a sharp knife after chilling. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
