Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your roasting pan.
  2. Season the turkey inside and out with kosher salt and black pepper, then stuff with gluten-free stuffing.
  3. Place the turkey in the pan, cover with foil, and roast for 3 hours, basting every hour.
  4. Boil water, add mixed vegetables, and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  5. Combine pumpkin puree, heavy cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Place the pumpkin mixture in a baking dish and bake alongside the turkey for the last 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil from the turkey and roast for an additional 30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Carve the turkey and serve it with the pumpkin dish and mixed vegetables.
