  • 2 cups Julienned Carrots from about 3 medium carrots
  • cup Fresh Dill chopped
  • cup Sliced Onion green or red
  • 2 tablespoons Black Sesame Seeds
For the Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Creamy Mustard Dijon or Yellow
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • teaspoon Garlic Granules or Powder

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and dry the vegetables. Cut cabbage into thin slices. Julien the carrots into thin strips and slice the onion and chop the dill.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, dill, onion, and sesame seeds, mixing gently.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mustard, honey (or maple syrup), sour cream, vinegar, salt, and garlic granules for the dressing.
  4. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to combine.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours before serving.
