Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Stir in cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne, cinnamon, and season with salt and pepper until smooth.
  2. Place chicken in a resealable bag, pour marinade over chicken and seal the bag tightly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, up to 24 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to 425°F and oil the grates.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with your favorite sides.
