Step-by-Step Instructions for Hawaiian Chicken Slaw Salad
  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard until smooth and creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside the dressing.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add shredded chicken, coleslaw mix, and pineapple chunks. Toss in chopped red bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro. If desired, add sliced almonds. Mix well.
  3. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad mixture. Gently toss until every ingredient is coated.
